If your product is damaged and our warranty conditions are applicable you can return the damaged product.
Depending on a few factors we will could repair your board, send you a new one or refund your payment. Please refer to our Warranty Conditions.
Do not ship the product until you receive a mail from us with the instructions and a RMA number.
We could ask you to make some tests ans send us some data, informations and/or photos to be sure that the board is actually damaged.
